The Board Of Directors recommended Cummins Dividend 2024 Rs.18 per share (900%) of face value of Rs.2 each on equity shares of the Company.
Cummins in its letter has informed the exchanges that it has fixed 21-02-2024 as the Record date. Consequently, the declared dividend will be paid to those members who hold shares in physical form or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on Record Date.
