Engine cooling systems

The product range for engine cooling systems include Radiators, Charge air coolers, Oil coolers – Transmission & hydraulic, Fuel coolers, Battery coolers, Inverter coolers, in Aluminium and copper/brass configurations and accessories expansion tanks, Fan motor assembly, Fan shroud and guard and miscellaneous mounting and plumbing accessories.

Engine sealing systems

Product range includes Engine cylinder head and peripheral gaskets, Heat shields and Industrial gasket with a wide material range and sizes for demanding applications of sealing.

BANCO Born of enterprise Dividend Rs.20 per share 1000 of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares of the Company has been recommended by the Board of Directors.

BANCO Born of enterprise in its letter has informed the exchanges that it has fixed 16-02-2024 as the Record date. Consequently, the declared dividend will be paid to those members who hold shares in physical form or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on Record Date. Moreover, to receive dividend, you must have shares in your demat account on record date. Hence, you should buy shares before ex-dividend date.

Note – If you buy shares on ex-dividend date, you will not be eligible to receive BANCO Born of enterprise dividend and Dividend Rs.20 per share.
